A Star is born in the Falcon's nest!

In Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears, Atlanta displayed that their new rookie quarterback is FAR from being a rookie. The Falcon's got a last second victory over the Bear's in a 22-20 win, making them tied for first in the NFC south with a record of 4-2. Ryan completed 22 of 30 passes bring in a personal record of 301 yards for a single game. However, that isn't what brought this young star QB the kind of attention he's been getting after their Sunday victory.

With 11 seconds left on the clock and Atlanta down 19-20 after touchdown by the bears in the last minute of play, it was looking grim for Atlanta's chances of pulling something out of their helmets against a defensive powerhouse team like Chicago. The Falcons, at the Atlanta 44 yard line snap the ball back to Ryan who launches a pass to wide reciever Michael Jenkins who managed to get some yards and get out of bounds stopping the clock with one tick left standing between Chicago and victory. Now within kicking range, Jason elam, Atlants's kicker from Hawaii pounded a 48 yard field goal giving Atlanta the crunch time win suprising not only the entire Chicago team, but everyone watching as well. Elam brought the win home but it was Ryan's brilliant, time sensitive play that brought upon the opportunity and showed the world his class as a national league player.
Player's from both teams had nothing but glowing remarks for the young QB on Atlanta:
Center for the Falcon's, Todd Mclure says, "The guy's unbelievable."
"That quarterback they have is a special player," Bears defensive tackle Tommie Harris said after the game.
Roddy White, a wide reciever for Atlanta said, "This guy is not playing like a rookie quarterback."
So far Ryan has completed 93 of 161 passes bring him a yard count of 1,164 and five touchdowns ranking him among the top ten in the league this year. The seasons has only begun and already the comparisons between Ryan and superstar quarterbacks like Tom Brady and Peyton Manning have been uttered. I see only great things to come from Atlanta with Ryan at the tip of their sword. The team has already expressed that they go out their and fight for their QB and believe that Ryan can lead them to victory and in any sport having faith in your team and those leading it can be the difference between failure and being victorious.
